Inger Britt Carlsson, PhD

VP, Global Medical Affairs

Inger Britt joined INVO Bioscience in January 2020. She is passionate about education and leads and expands our professional Medical Affairs initiatives. Her work involves developing and overseeing Company educational symposiums, generating scientific abstracts/publications on the INVOcell technology, and building relationships with key opinion leaders around the world.

Inger Britt has over 30 years’ experience in the fertility industry. Before joining INVO Bioscience, she worked in Medical Affairs roles in Merck, Genzyme/Sanofi, EMD Serono, and CooperSurgical.

She started her career at the Center for Reproduction of Endangered Species at the San Diego Zoo and the Audubon Institute, following her graduation from degrees in Biology and Animal Science. She obtained her Ph.D. in Medical Science at the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden, where she researched folliculogenesis, oocyte maturation, and ovarian function.
